Do your products come with a warranty?

Is your product damaged or of poor quality? No problem. You are eligible for a one-time replacement.

Please note: This applies only to accidental damage or breakage. Lost or intentionally damaged products will not be covered.

Can I pay for my order at a later time?

Yes, through our partnership with Klarna, you can pay up to 30 days after placing your order. Super convenient!

Are my payment details secure during checkout?

Absolutely, we use a payment system that prioritizes customer security. Additionally, payment details are not stored, and we have no access to them in any way.

Are there any additional costs associated with my order?

Orders within the European Union will not incur any additional costs. However, shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to extra fees imposed by local customs. These costs are not covered by us.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Netherlands: Orders placed before 16:00 today will be delivered by tomorrow.

Germany/Belgium: 1-3 business days

Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days

What are the shipping costs?

Nederland: Free shipping on all orders.

Duitsland/België/Luxembourg: 4,95,- | Free shipping above 60,-.

Rest van Europa: 6,95,- | Free shipping on orders over €60.

How can I track my order?

Immediately after the package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email, allowing you to track your order. By partnering with PostNL, you can also track your order in the PostNL app.

Do you also ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship in Europe.

Do I need to be home for my order?

Our packages are designed to be delivered as mailbox parcels. So, you don't need to be home to receive your order.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can return your order for any reason within 14 days of purchase

Are there any costs for returning a product?

There are no additional costs on our side. However, the shipping costs are at your own expense.

What should I do with a product that is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Be sure to include photos of the damage when reaching out to us.
