Returns and Exchanges
At il Vialo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you decide to return or exchange your item, we’re here to help! You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in unused, unworn condition.

How to Return or Exchange
If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, follow these simple steps:

Contact Us
Send an email to support@ilvialo.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return or exchange
  • If exchanging, mention the replacement item(s) you would like.

We will email you a return form for completion.

Complete the Return Form
Clearly indicate which items you are returning and whether you want an exchange or a refund.

Send Your Parcel
Return your package using a shipping carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving your order.

Processing Your Return
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, our team will process it within 10 business days. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, shipping fees for returns are not refundable.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in original condition, labels intact. If the product or packaging is damaged, or if labels have been removed, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to account for diminished value.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the carrier and your location.

Special Policy for "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" Offers
If you are returning items from a Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion, you must return two products to receive a refund for one item.

Important: It is not possible to return only one product from this offer. If only one product is returned, no refund will be issued. You are able to exchange one item if its not to your liking.

Free Mystery Gift Return Requirement: If your order included a free mystery gift, this item must be returned together with the jewelry in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Lifetime Warranty
Our products are made for a lifetime. We researched the market to find the finest pieces for you. Our promise is that our pieces are made to last.

But mistakes can happen. That's why we offer you a lifetime warranty that assures a new piece when your product breaks accidentaly. 

Note: this warranty only applies to accidental breakage or productional errors. Stolen pieces or damaged goods by third parties do not cover this lifetime warranty
